AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS

General Submission Guidelines

 

 We invite full-length articles, short papers, research-in-progress, presentation proposals, posters, or panel proposals from diverse disciplines in Social Sciences and Humanities. Conference theme for 2025 is "Exploring Emerging Trends and Challenges in Social Sciences & Humanities Research".  

Each submission will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers from the domain. Submission to the conference should be regarded as an undertaking that, should it get accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference. Please note that the repeated instances of failure to register after the acceptance of the contribution may result in a permanent ban on the author(s).  

Submission Types

  • Full-length papers           (up to 6000 words)

  • Short papers                     (up to 2500 words)

  • Research-in-Progress      (up to1500 words)

  • Presentation abstract      (up to 300 words)

  • Posters                           (up to a 1000 words)

  • Panel proposals           (up to 2000 words)

Paper Format

Full-length papers, short papers, and research in progress papers submitted to the conference must strictly conform to the SchoRes Paper Template. Please note that the papers that are not in conformance with the prescribed paper template will not be considered for a review. 

Maximum length of the full-length manuscripts is 8 pages (or 6000 words); however, additional pages can be allowed on payment of extra page surcharge. All papers must be submitted as an editable Microsoft Word file. The SchoRes Paper Template contains guidance for composing and formatting SchoRes contributions.

Submission Guidelines

All author submissions will be accepted through IES - IOARP Editorial System on www.ies.ioarp.org. To be able to submit a paper for a review in any SchoRes conference, authors will be required to use their IES Author Account. IES Author Account provides authors with facilities such as online submission of articles to the conferences and journals, access editor decisions, communicate with TPC Chairs and Editors, read reviewer comments, upload camera ready version of papers, access their article submission history, submit a copyright form, and upload payment details. 

After creation, the IES Author Account can be used for all the future submissions to various conferences and journals. To submit a paper, please login to your IES Author Account on IES website at www.ies.ioarp.org. Select Submit Contribution tab in the top menu, enter author and paper details, select your desired SchoRes conference from the list of open conferences and journals, upload your paper, and click Submit Paper button to submit your paper. Your submitted paper will be instantly available under the Dashboard tab in your IES Author Account.

⚠️ Alternate Submission Option

If you face any issues submitting via IES, you may alternatively submit your paper through our [submission link]. However, we strongly encourage authors to use the IES platform as the primary and preferred submission method.

Copyright Transfer Form

After your paper has been accepted for publication, at least one of the authors of the accepted paper will be required to submit a Copyright Transfer Form in favor of SchoRes and IOARP UK. Papers without a duly signed Copyright Transfer Form will not be included in the conference proceedings. Completed forms must be submitted using IES Author Account or sent to info@schores.org.
